These Terms govern your use of the Actuator hosted service at useactuator.ai (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Actuator is a feature-flag and dynamic-configuration platform offered as a hosted service. We may add, modify, or retire features at our discretion; we'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of any team member or API client you authorize. Keep credentials, magic-link emails, and API tokens confidential. Notify us promptly at security@useactuator.ai if you suspect a credential has been compromised.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the configuration data, rule definitions, evaluation contexts, and audit log entries you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not commit to a specific uptime, SLA, or service credit unless we have a separate written agreement with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if greater. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the Service itself. On termination, you may export Your Content for a reasonable period before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in [JURISDICTION].
